Design Operation Principle and Strong points

  1. ATS Series is Single-stage oil sealed rotary vane vacuum pump. It is new concept out of conventional design to satisfy customer’s needs.
  2.  The oil temperature of the pump is low due to efficient air cooling system with radiator and it is ideal for harsh applications.
  3. The low oil temperature guarantees longer life time of pump and more stable performance.
  4. Large oil volume for long oil lifetime.
  5. Integrated oil recovery system to minimize oil loss.
  6. The anti-suckback valve located at the inlet port protects the vacuum chamber at the time of sudden pump stop.
  7. Integrated oil mist filter at the outlet port of the pump to prevent pollution.
  8. Big cross-sectional area of oil mist filter for long life time of the filter.
  9. The oil gauge, oil inlet, and oil outlet is located at same side for easier maintenance.
  10. The pump is specially designed to have optimum performance from the low to medium vacuum.
  11. The pump are capable of continuative operation under ambient pressure.
  12.  Low noise level.

Design Features

  1. Excellent ultimate vacuum and pumping speed by suing high performance new materials.
  2. Improved oil anti-suckback system to protect the vacuum system in the event of sudden stop.
  3. Occupying international standard clamp and flange at inlet and outlet port.
  4. Low noise and vibration.
  5. Occupying strong and constant pressured oil circulating system to protect the pump.
  6. Occupying convenient gas ballast valve control enabling open and shut-down of gas ballast valve easily while operating.
  7. Simple maintenance and oil replacement.
  8. Simple repair without special tools.
